of the Regional Sales Representative is to sell Spartan
manufactured refuse equipment by executing sales strategies,
developing and managing excellent client relationships—thereby
meeting/exceeding established sales targets. Essential
Responsibilities Sell Refuse Equipment to Dealers & End Users in
our Western Regional Market Identify new business opportunities and
provide feedback to management on market conditions Generate
revenue by developing custom solutions for sales prospects, both
new and existing Establish and maintain business relationships
built on trust and superior customer service Inside & Outside Sales
– Self-regulate your time between working onsite and in the field
visiting customers (This is not a remote position) Collaborate with
management and interdepartmental leadership to manage internal
processes , maximizing sales opportunities to ensure the highest
level of customer satisfaction and company performance Use systems
tools to track sales prospects, weekly sales activity, quotes and
sales orders, compile and provide weekly and monthly sales
reporting as requested by management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong customer focus, ability to present products effectively, an
unwavering commitment to providing exemplary customer service,
including problem resolution Outstanding ability to negotiate
pricing that provides the customer with great product and service
satisfaction, yet protects the business’ profit margins Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills, natural ability to build
rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams to achieve
mutual goals Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and
develop strategies for improvement Ability to readily develop a
solid knowledge base and understanding of the company’s products
and services, as well as the competitive landscape of the refuse
industry marketplace Fast learner on systems, reasonably tech
savvy, ability to jump right in and develop the necessary knowledge
to use the system tools and achieve the goals of the position
Microsoft 365 Suite with focus on Excel and Outlook, Salesforce a
PLUS! Education, Training & Experience At least five years of solid
Sales experience, ideally in the refuse or related industry High
school diploma or GED required Compensation – Salary, Commission &
Bonus Sales Team Compensation is structured to provide the Sales
Representative and the Company with the greatest opportunity for

includes: Annual Salary Standard Monthly Commission on all Sales

Annual Compensation - $110 -140k depending on sales volume Spartan
