Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative I
to provide customer service regarding retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with
retirement plan inquiries
Provide detailed information on retirement products, eligibility,
and transactions
Utilize various computer and telecommunication systems to
communicate effectively with customers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in a
contact center environment
Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory
Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
Understanding of IRS rules and regulations regarding retirement
plans
Demonstrated professional demeanor in communication via phone and
email
