Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Service Representative to
provide support to Account Managers in achieving sales retention
and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers in coordinating renewal activities and open
enrollment processes
Monitor and ensure implementation of renewals, preparing necessary
documentation
Resolve issues presented by brokers, clients, and members, and
respond to inquiries
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in a sales/service environment,
preferably in managed care or health insurance
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree
preferred
Valid California Life Agent license or ability to obtain within 45
days of hire
Experience with Health Net systems, products, and procedures
preferred
