A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone support to patients receiving specialty drug
therapy
Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders,
including verifying benefits
Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams
to resolve order issues
Required Qualifications
One year experience in a customer service role handling complex
customer needs over the phone
One year work experience with Windows-based applications, including
Microsoft Office
One year computer keyboarding experience
Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
