Job Description:
A company is looking for an Office Operations Analyst to manage
office operations and support multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial administration, including expense monitoring and
budget preparation
Facilitate on- and off-boarding of personnel and coordinate
HR-related tasks
Manage facilities needs and ensure compliance with real estate
licensing and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in commercial real estate and/or
office management
Minimum five years of professional experience; bachelor's degree
preferred
Knowledge of financial terms and principles
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and
organizational efficiency
