Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member & Recipient Services
Representative (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals with mental health and substance abuse
disabilities in accessing services
Conduct telephonic screenings and link callers to appropriate
clinical services
Document calls and maintain accurate records in the electronic
information system
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related
experience
Two years of experience with adults or children in a community
mental health setting
Knowledge of behavioral health principles and recovery
philosophies
Ability to interact professionally with individuals in distress
Must reside in North Carolina or within 40 miles of the NC
border
