Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Supervisor to
oversee the inpatient coding team in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Set and adjust daily coding production goals for timely and
accurate work completion
Manage staff performance including hiring, training, and
professional development
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while promoting a
positive team culture
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in Business, Health Information Management, or
related area
3 or more years of inpatient coding experience in a Hospital
Revenue Cycle Department
Certification such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CIC
