Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal, Senior Solution Architect
- ServiceNow and Sr. Mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement solution strategies to enhance innovation
capabilities and support business growth
Provide proposal solutioning and writing support as a subject
matter expert in technology domains
Offer technical guidance and expertise to employees and external
stakeholders, including solution demos and presentations
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and
IT infrastructure technologies
Experience in IT service management best practices and standards
(ITIL, CMMI Service, ISO 20K)
Proficient in ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions,
particularly ITSM and ITOM modules
Knowledge of mobility management solutions and modern zero trust
remote access technologies
