Job Description:
A company is looking for an E-Filing Lead who reviews and files
legal documents, trains team members, and assists with
administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and file legal documents from various sources
Train and guide new hires on e-filing procedures
Resolve filing issues and assist e-filing managers with team
management
Qualifications:
No experience necessary; 6 months relevant experience in e-filing
is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
E-Filing experience working with multiple states preferred
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel skills
preferred
Typing speed of at least 70 wpm
