A company is looking for an R&D Business Operations - Senior
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the review, drafting, and negotiation of healthcare-related
contracts
Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with terms
and conditions
Process invoices and payments related to healthcare contracts,
ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Required Qualifications
Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant
experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant
experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant
experience
Familiarity with legal, research, and clinical development in the
biopharmaceutical industry
Experience with analytics software and financial systems
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
environment
