The Paralegal assigned to the position will be working extensively
on discovery matters including responses to interrogatories,
requests for admissions, and
requests for production of documents and summarizing deposition
transcripts. The Paralegal will also prepare legal memoranda and
correspondence including
declarations, discovery motions, summary judgment motions and other
pleadings associated with litigation, and will perform the
necessary legal research to complete
such documents. The paralegal will also be required to assist with
preparing trial documents.
Monday through Friday, Hours 8am - 5pm
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Paralegal Certificate. This position also
requires a person to lift boxes (up to 25 lbs.)
