Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its
legal operations related to commercial agreements and
transactions.
Responsibilities
Independently negotiate and close significant go-to-market deals
with enterprise and large fintech clients
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's
products and privacy positions
Build deep relationships with key business and legal stakeholders
to foster open feedback
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Law firm and/or in-house legal experience with technology-focused
services agreements
Growth mindset with a collaborative and positive attitude
Strong organization and task management skills
Experience with complex technology transactions involving sensitive
data is a plus
