Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts & Legal Senior Manager for
Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve the contract negotiation process while ensuring
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and support to the Contracts & Legal team,
including goal setting, performance monitoring, and team
development
Manage risk by reviewing data privacy addendums and vendor
submissions, and maintaining the organization's Risk Register
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in law, business administration, management, or a
related field
10+ years of relevant experience in contract and risk management or
a related field
3+ years of managerial experience
Understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001 principles
Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with a Contract Lifecycle
Management system is a plus
