Immediate need for Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative.



Making Inbound and Outbound calls to new members to complete a health risk assessment. Call Center operates from Monday-Friday 6am-6pm. Applicant must be willing to work between those hours. Will be required to work weekends occasionally.


Supports the Health Management Department by providing telephonic outreach and assessment for Members through programs designed to improve health outcomes and maintain wellness. Works collaboratively with the Health Management team and the integrated Healthcare Services Department to reach members and provide them with wellness and condition management programs designed to improve clinical, financial and quality of life outcomes.
