A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Advise managers and employees on company policies, labor laws, and
HR best practices
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and
maintain HR policies and procedures
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend
appropriate resolutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
Knowledge of Google (G-Suite) and HR operations tools
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR operations
