Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, HRBPs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global team of HR Business Partners, ensuring
alignment with HR strategies
Guide on complex HR issues and implement HR strategies, policies,
and programs
Analyze HR data and partner with leadership to drive performance
improvement and employee growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience in high growth environments, particularly
in the Technology sector
At least 5 years in a hands-on HR position with increasing
responsibility
BS/BA in business or a related field
Experience managing a global distributed team is strongly
preferred
HR certification (e.g., SPHR or GPHR) is highly recommended
