care team. About the Role We are seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric
Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in
psychiatry and behavioral health to join our interdisciplinary
team. This role focuses on the evaluation and medication management
of patients with chronic pain, PTSD, and TBI. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluations Assess,
stabilize, and optimize medications for behavioral and pain-related
conditions Perform risk assessments including suicide risk and
involuntary hold determinations (preferred) Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and support staff in an interdisciplinary
care model Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
system Qualifications Required: Licensed Physician Assistant or
Nurse Practitioner in California Active DEA license Completion of a
psychiatric clinical rotation (inpatient or outpatient) Strong
clinical judgment and communication skills Compassionate,
collaborative, and professional demeanor Preferred: Experience
assessing suicide risk and managing involuntary holds Background in
chronic pain, PTSD, or TBI populations Experience in workers’
compensation or integrated care settings Bilingual
