compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of
$113/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of
Equity Ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of

$4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital - HM Average Daily
Encounters: 170 16-18 patients per 12-hour shift 9 hospitalists
during day shifts (12-hour shifts) 3 hospitalists during night
shifts (12-hour shifts) 1 NP/PA during the day (7:00 a.m.-7:00
p.m.) Must be comfortable doing rapid responses/codes Closed ICU
Approximately 4,000 observation patients annually 131 beds 29-bed
Emergency Department EMR: Cerner Other USACS services offered at
this location: Emergency Medicine, Observation Medicine, and
Critical Care Benefits Financial Benefits: $100,000 equity
