Job Description Job Description Job Title: Radiology Technologist Job Description Perform radiographic procedures by operating equipment using ionizing radiation according to established procedures and under the direction of a radiologist. Process all documentation and perform all duties independently and without supervision. Responsibilities Operate radiographic equipment using ionizing radiation. Perform radiographic procedures as directed by a radiologist. Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and promptly. Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Essential Skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with Radiology, X-ray, Phillips C-ARM, and FUJI Portable X-ray. OR experience and patient care skills. ARRT Certification. Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certificate (CRT). California permit in Radiologic Technology and Fluoroscopy. Additional Skills & Qualifications Fully Licensed X-Ray Tech (CRT) with Fluoroscopy Permit. BLS-AHA Certified. Work Environment Mid Shift 3 pm – 11:30 pm (every other weekend) *Occasional Graveyard shift as needed. The work environment is located in the cities of Covina, Glendora, and West Covina in the East San Gabriel Valley, known for being a great place to work. This is a contract position based out of West Covina, California. The work environment is dynamic, with facilities recognized as a 'Best Place to Work' in 2021. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Covina, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.71 - $56.57/hr.
