Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive
Care Unit. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical
conditions. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and
implement care plans. Participate in continuous professional
development and training programs. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and
families on health management and recovery. Utilize evidence-based
practices to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient care activities. Engage in performance
measurement and quality improvement initiatives. Support a positive
team environment and contribute to team goals. Adapt to changing
patient needs and unit demands effectively. Participate in
departmental meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
Experience/Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in
California with CVICU experience. Commitment to continuous
professional development and training opportunities. Proven ability
to monitor and assess critical patient conditions effectively.
Experience in administering medications and treatments as per
physician orders. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to educate patients and
families on health management and recovery. Ability to adapt to
changing patient needs and unit demands efficiently. Familiarity
with evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Strong
documentation skills for accurate patient care records. Experience
in quality improvement initiatives and performance measurement.
