Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a leading entity under Community
Psychiatry, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist who is
well-versed in delivering exceptional mental health services. Our
focus is on high-quality, personalized care, primarily through
therapy and medication management, facilitated in an outpatient
setting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing
tailored treatment plans, conducting regular therapy sessions, and
collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Conduct individual, group, and family
therapy sessions following evidence-based practices. Develop and
update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
and other healthcare team members. Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and optimize patient
care. Maintain detailed and confidential patient records according
to industry standards and legal requirements. Provide crisis
intervention as needed. Engage in continuous professional
development to stay updated with the latest in mental health
practices. Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and
modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational and
time-management skills. Capability to handle sensitive information
with maximum confidentiality. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Clinical
Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or similar in the state of practice.
Certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques preferred.
