Part-Time Occupational Therapist for a Leave Contract in an
Elementary School Setting in Lakewood, OH An elementary school in
Lakewood, OH is looking for a dedicated and skilled Part-Time
Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide support during a leave
period. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a
school environment and contribute to student development and
success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy
services tailored to students individual needs within the school
setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to
design and implement effective intervention strategies Conduct
assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on
improving students functional abilities Maintain accurate
documentation of sessions, progress notes, and reports Support
transitions and adaptations to classroom environments that
facilitate student learning and participation Qualifications and
Experience: Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in the
state of Ohio Experience working as an OT in school settings
preferred Strong understanding of the developmental, social, and
educational needs of elementary school children Excellent
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
school personnel and families Ability to manage time efficiently
and maintain organized records Position Details: Part-time
schedule: 2.5 days per week, approximately 18.75 hours weekly
Contract duration: Starting in March and continuing through the
remainder of the school year Located in Lakewood, OH, serving an
elementary school student population This is an ideal role for an
