Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scaled Account Manager to lead and
scale a program focused on engaging and retaining small customer
segments.
Key Responsibilities
Own the renewal process for the assigned accounts, ensuring timely
renewals
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally
to close them
Build and manage a tech-touch customer engagement program,
automating customer journeys and tracking performance
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
a related role
Hands-on experience with automation workflows and tools
Proven ability to balance tech-enabled engagement strategies with
relationship-driven interactions
Operational mindset with a focus on building and improving
processes
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional
environments
