A company is looking for a Sr HSE Director - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of health, safety, and
environmental programs
Manage team activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and
performance evaluations
Ensure regulatory compliance and provide strategic risk management
to prevent incidents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of experience and education
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
Strong leadership skills to motivate and achieve operational
targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational and mathematical skills for complex
calculations
