Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Project Manager
to coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage HEDIS and NCQA submissions, including
educational sessions for staff
Analyze data and develop presentations and materials for committees
and newsletters
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory
standards and project deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent
experience; Master's preferred
4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in
managed care
Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA standards
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel,
and Access
Must reside in Nevada to be considered for the position
