Job Description:
A company is looking for a HEDIS Manager - Performance
Improvement (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of HEDIS/Star Quality and Regulatory
reporting
Collaborate with leadership to achieve Medicare Advantage Star
Ratings and Medicaid Performance Measure targets
Provide subject matter expertise in HEDIS and CMS STARS, ensuring
compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of five years in healthcare/managed care with experience in
HEDIS/Medicare Star performance measurement
Two years of prior supervisory or program/project manager
experience required
Experience presenting to leadership teams, clinicians, and employer
groups
Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office
