Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Expansion Strategy &
Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the expansion strategy through research into state PACE
regulatory landscapes and support advocacy efforts
Prepare and submit federal and state applications for expansion,
ensuring cross-functional collaboration and narrative writing
Engage local community stakeholders and build relationships with
regulatory stakeholders to support PACE expansion
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in the Medicare and Medicaid regulatory
environment, preferably with PACE-specific experience
2-4+ years of experience in management consulting or
operations/policy roles in high-growth startups, ideally in health
care delivery
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to excel in fast-paced,
unstructured environments
A bachelor's degree is required
Strong passion for the mission and empathy for the populations
served
