Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disclosure Desk Assistant
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations involving loan disclosures to ensure
timeliness and accuracy
Train team members on compliance regulations for mortgage
disclosures
Monitor pipelines and communicate across departments to produce
compliant disclosures
Required Qualifications
3+ years of front-end mortgage experience with compliance
responsibilities
Understanding of TRID, HMDA, FACTA, ECOA, and RESPA/TILA
guidelines
Proven ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
Experience in project/change management related to process
implementation
Strong customer service skills and judgment
