Job Description:
Job Title: Valve Automation Center Integration Manager Location:
Irwindale, California Compliance & Safety Assurance: Ensure all
activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and
internal compliance requirements. Establish Valve Automation
Center: Lead the setup and commissioning of a dedicated valve
automation facility, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
and operational goals. Develop Supply Chain Strategy: Design and
implement a robust supply chain for valve automation components,
including sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control.
Create Operational Framework: Define processes, workflows, and
quality standards to enable efficient valve automation integration
and delivery. Team Readiness & Training: Prepare operations teams
through structured training programs, technical documentation, and
hands-on workshops to ensure readiness for execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering,
procurement, and logistics teams to streamline integration and
resolve technical or supply challenges. Performance Monitoring &
Optimization: Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track
progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve
operational efficiency. Requirements: Degree in mechanical,
Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience in valve automation, process control, or related
engineering fields. Familiarity with industrial valves (ball,
butterfly, globe, etc.) and actuators (electric, pneumatic,
hydraulic). Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and
