Job Description:
A company is looking for a Footwear Product Test Engineer to
support performance testing efforts for athletic footwear.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute field testing programs specific to athletic
footwear, focusing on tennis
Recruit and maintain relationships with testers, ensuring effective
communication and feedback
Analyze test data and summarize feedback into clear reports for
product teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2 additional years of relevant work
experience in lieu of a degree
At least 2 years of experience in footwear testing, product
development, marketing, retail, or customer engagement
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to prioritize in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment
Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for
regional travel
Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs
