Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Principal Data Engineer to
join their Go-To Market Data Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain data lakes and big data pipelines to facilitate
data ingestion and processing
Design and architect micro-services for scalable self-serve data
engineering capabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to
support growth and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
18+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role as an individual
contributor
At least 7 years of experience as a tech lead for Data Engineering
teams
Experience with building streaming pipelines and micro-services
architecture
Proficiency in data infrastructure technologies such as SQL, Spark,
and AWS data services
Experience working with large-scale data processing systems in both
batch and streaming environments
