Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Professor, Undergraduate
Studies, CFFP.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the Department of Undergraduate Studies,
including faculty recruitment and evaluation
Design and develop curriculum for new undergraduate certificates
and micro-credentials
Serve as the lead instructor for undergraduate courses and manage
student advising
Required Qualifications
A terminal degree with 18 graduate credit hours in a relevant
discipline in social and behavioral sciences
5+ years of experience in a faculty role with academic
administration and curriculum development
Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Google
applications, and learning management systems
Solid understanding of the higher education landscape, particularly
regarding stackable pathways and adult learning
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
