Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Marketing Manager who will
develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and
retention for B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Own and implement the customer retention marketing strategy across
the lifecycle
Design and execute customer lifecycle campaigns that drive
engagement and upsells
Build and manage customer advocacy programs and lead engagement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a
related field
Minimum two years of experience in B2B marketing, retention
marketing, or lifecycle marketing
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and analyze
trends
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and
externally
