Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of all SEC filings including forms 10Q,
10K, 8K, and 11K
Prepare work papers to support SEC filings and maintain internal
controls over financial reporting
Conduct annual assessments of impairment of goodwill and other
intangible assets, and handle ad hoc projects related to SEC and
FASB standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3-4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in the Big 4
Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls/SOX requirements
Experience in researching accounting literature
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across business
units
