Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, International
Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee US international tax calculation processes, including
GILTI, BEAT, and foreign tax credits
Ensure timely and accurate filing of certain foreign income tax
returns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze
information for tax projects
Required Qualifications
10+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably with Big 4 and
large public companies
Familiarity with income tax provision (ASC 740)
BA/BS Degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA and/or MS in
Tax preferred
Proficiency with MS Excel, tax research tools, and tax provision
applications
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
