Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized
interactions via phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with software support related to accounting,
payroll, and tax inquiries
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for product
development insights
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of accounting and payroll principles
Experience in customer service or support roles
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
Experience with software troubleshooting and problem resolution
