Job Description:
A company is looking for a California Licensed Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial and final reviews of tax work products and act as
the primary client point of contact
Identify opportunities for value-added services and ensure
compliance with tax laws through research and technical issue
resolution
Coach and mentor staff, manage client relationships, and support
strategic planning and budgeting for the partner team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA certification
5-10 years of tax preparation and review experience
Self-motivator with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
deadlines
Strong desire for career advancement and potential future firm
ownership
